The Scarlett Method is led by husband-and-wife team Nijah and Kim Scarlett. We are coaches who understand what it means to balance busy family life with the desire to feel healthy, strong, and grounded. Our work is built from real life and real lessons, shaped by years of experience in health, fitness, and lifestyle coaching. We’ve both been where many of our clients are, giving everything to others, feeling stretched thin, and searching for a way to reset. That’s why The Scarlett Method was created: to help people find balance, rebuild confidence, and create lasting change with compassion at the centre.
We have built The Scarlett Method for people who spend their days giving to everyone else and often forget to give a little back to themselves. It’s for those who feel stretched thin by work, family, and the constant pressure to hold everything together. We created this space to help you slow down, reconnect, and put your wellbeing back at the centre where it belongs.
Our approach blends movement, mindset, and lifestyle coaching in a way that fits around real life. There’s no punishment, no quick fixes, and no pushing through burnout. Just intention, compassion, and progress that feels good, in your body and your mind.

Fitness Coach
Nijah has over seven years of experience in health, fitness, and lifestyle coaching. His background spans strength training, Pilates, and mindset coaching — helping clients reconnect with their bodies, rebuild confidence, and create balance that lasts. He believes progress comes from compassion and consistency, not pressure or perfection, and that movement should enhance life rather than control it.
Nutrition Coach
Kim is the nutrition coach for The Scarlett Method, she draws on more than 15 years as a teacher to bring structure, empathy, and clarity. She has a natural ability to simplify complex habits and make change feel achievable, blending evidence-based guidance with a deep understanding of real-life pressures.
