Created by husband and wife team Nijah and Kim Scarlett, it’s built from real life, real lessons, and a shared belief that lasting change starts with compassion. We built The Scarlett Method for people who spend their days giving to everyone else and often forget to care for themselves.


Together, we combine movement, mindset, and lifestyle coaching to help you feel stronger in your body and steadier in your mind. There are no quick fixes or harsh routines. Our approach centres on genuine care, sustainable balance, and progress that moves with you, not against you.

I first met Nijah in one of his Pilates classes. I had been struggling with my core strength and feeling weak after an illness and was nervous about joining a group exercise class. Really quickly I felt assured and safe as he guided us through our Pilates sequence with knowledge and passion which really made me feel at ease. Aside from that it was a brilliant work out where I could feel the benefits immediately. Needless to say I became a regular in the class. As I gained strength I asked Nijah if he could be my PT as I had a fitness goal I wanted to hit and a timeframe to do it in. As a PT Nijah is attentive, supportive but also firm. He listens to what you want to get out of the session and tailors it to suit your preferences and style. I hit my goals easily and really enjoyed the friendship and guidance I received along the way. Nijah then introduced yoga to his portfolio and of course I had to try it. His sessions are relaxing, challenging and energising and he educated as you go along giving you tips and tricks to enhance your practice. As a trainer Nijah provides a non-judgemental, fun and educative service which has helped me through so many of life’s twists and turns….Long story short cut to 3 years later and I am still benefitting from 1:1 l, yoga, Pilates and now step aerobics (which is also amazing!)…there is nothing that this man cannot do!!! No matter what your goals are Nijah is so skilled in helping people on their journey and I can not thank him enough!!!
